by commissioning me, you have read through and agreed to the terms & rules listed here. both are subject to change with notice to existing clients.
terms of service.
i do not allow the redistribution of my art for anyone other than the commissioner or for it to be used for AI-learning or as an NFT. this is not up for discussion.
payment is expected to be in full upfront before starting any work.
i reserve the right to decline any commission for any number of reason. i may also cancel an in-progress commission for any reason; personal comfort, physical/mental health, or anything else.
refunds may be discussed as a possibility under specific circumstances. full or partial is dependent on the amount of work i have put into the piece.
commercial use (including but not limited to vtubers/streaming, etc, etc) may be discussed and the final amount due will be adjusted accordingly.
if you have a hard deadline, please include it in the details of the commission. any commissions that want to be rushed or expedited may be subject to additional fees.
i will not mimic or recreate another artist's style. you are allowed to provide their art as reference for the character itself, but not the art style.
edits are allowed during each phase of the art, but will be limited to five edits overall. if there are any more are subject to an additional charge.
you will be provided a high quality file with a version of the art with AND without a watermark upon completion.
paypal, venmo, cashapp, and ko-fi are the only forms of payment that i accept.

do not edit my work without permission, re-sell or redistribute my work, claim as your own, or use as a base for anything.
if you are selling your character and have a piece of art commissioned from me, you are allowed to include it in the final sale price of said character.
you must be sure to credit me visibly wherever you choose to post the commissioned piece.
do not steal from or mimic my work, whether you commissioned the piece or not.

any type of visual reference of the character is a must have for me to accept the commission. i will not work off of written descriptions and/or collages / moodboards without an accompanying visual reference.
visual references include (but are not limited to): in-game screenshots, picrew/similar character creators, drawn reference sheets, etc.
please try not to spam me during the commission process. i will happily provide updates and WIPs as time progresses, but please be understanding of my life and schedule.
